Our restaurant, Sushi Shina, offers an omakase course that can be enjoyed in a private room at the counter. In this course, our chefs carefully select the freshest ingredients of the day. You can enjoy nigiri (hand-rolled sushi), makimono (rolls), sweet dishes, and bowls featuring raw tuna toro and akami (red meat), white meat, domestic trout, shellfish, and more.
